About
Long-form podcasts are where a lot of the interesting conversation now happens — and they are almost impossible to search. A three-hour episode has no index. Twenty episodes have no memory.
podcite.com makes a show's back catalogue answerable. Pick a channel, ask a question in plain language, and get an answer built from what was actually said — with the episodes and timestamps to check it against. It is useful for the things a search box can't do: "what did she say she was worried about?", "has he changed his position on this?", "which episode was that streaming show mentioned in?"
Principles
- Grounded. Answers come from transcripts, not from the model's general knowledge.
- Attributed. We report what a show said. We don't endorse it, fact-check it, or present contested claims as settled.
- Cited. Every answer points back at the episodes it used so you can go listen.
- Honest about limits. If the transcripts don't cover it, the answer says so.
Who
It's an independent project by Brendan Faulds. It is not affiliated with any of the channels featured, and no channel has any involvement in or control over the answers.

podcite.com is free to use, has no ads, and doesn't sell anything. Running it does cost money: every answer is generated by a paid AI model, and every show added means more transcripts to fetch, index and store.
