Terms of use
Use the site sensibly and at your own risk. That's most of it, but here's the detail.
The service
podcite.com answers questions using AI over transcripts of publicly available podcasts and YouTube channels. It is provided free, as-is, with no guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for any purpose.
Accuracy
Answers are machine-generated from machine-generated captions. They can be wrong, incomplete, or misattributed. Do not rely on them for anything consequential without checking the cited episode. Nothing here is legal, medical, financial or professional advice.
Attribution, not endorsement
Where the site reports what a host or guest said, it is describing the content of a show. That is not an endorsement of those claims by us, and summaries may not fully capture a speaker's meaning, context or tone.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to overwhelm, scrape wholesale, or circumvent rate limits on the service.
- Don't use it to harass anyone or to manufacture misleading quotes attributed to real people.
- Don't use it to reconstruct substantial portions of a copyrighted work.
Intellectual property
Transcript content belongs to the respective creators. The site quotes short excerpts and produces summaries for the purpose of search, commentary and reference. See content & takedowns.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this site or reliance on its answers. Australian Consumer Law rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected.
Changes
These terms may change as the site develops. Continued use means you accept the current version.
